Insurance Broker – Sales/Service

SALES/SERVICE BROKER

Working as a Broker you will be receiving new clients, responding to quote requests, and writing new policies. You will then provide customized solutions for well-rounded protection and continue to build relationships with clients. We supply the leads and you build relationships and write policies.

Tango Insurance is the newest expansion insurance brokerage with 27 years of success. We are looking for team members that could be looking for opportunities to move into team lead and management positions as we grow in the market.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

      • Respond to inbound leads and provide timely insurance quotes to new clients, ensuring they receive the optimal coverage to protect their assets.

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to solve their insurance needs.

      • Communicate insurance coverages and policies to new clients in a way that is easily understandable.

      • Complete applications and policy forms in a timely and accurate manner.

      • Work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and cooperative workplace culture.

      • Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes.

DO YOU FIT THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

      • RIBO Level 1 Broker Insurance License.

      • 1 year of experience as a personal lines insurance broker.

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.

      • Superior customer service and relationship-building abilities.

      • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

      • A high level of integrity and ethical standards.

      • Proficiency in using insurance company portals and the Microsoft Office Suite.

      • Experience with Applied Systems (Epic) software is an asset.
