Personal Lines Insurance Broker – Sales

(Hybrid Position) 

SALES BROKER

We are expanding into Oakville and we’re looking for licensed and experienced Personal Lines Brokers to join our growing team. Working as a Sales Broker you will help us build our book by working with new clients, responding to quote requests, and writing policies. We supply the leads and you build relationships and write policies.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

      • Respond to inbound leads and provide timely insurance quotes to new clients, ensuring they receive the optimal coverage to protect their assets.
      • Provide expert and timely insurance quotes to new clients, ensuring clients receive the coverage they need for well rounded protection.
      • Communicate insurance coverages and policies to new clients in a way that is easily understandable.
      • Complete applications and policy forms in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and cooperative workplace culture.
      • Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes.

DO YOU FIT THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

      • RIBO Level 1 Broker Insurance License.
      • 1 year of experience as a personal lines insurance broker.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.
      • Superior customer service and relationship-building abilities.
      • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
      • A high level of integrity and ethical standards.
      • Proficiency in using insurance company portals and the Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Experience with Applied Systems (Epic) software is an asset.
